The practice is recognised as Bupa and Denpaln accredited. We accomodate both early morning and evening appointments for our patients. The practice has free on-site parking and easy transport routes, with the 102, 184 and 299 bus stop right opposite the practice. Our staff attend on-going courses in order to keep them at the fore front of dentistry, so that the care and advice you receive is second to none. 
We believe that seeing a dentist should not be a financial barrier for anyone, and so our fees are affordable and competitive. We offer a range of payment schemes for our clients, who may wish to spread the cost of dental treatment. Patients will always be assigned to a specific treating dentist and will be attended to by the same dentist, as we understand that patients feel uncomfortable when dentists are changed. At Crystal, appointments are always long enough to give you undivided attention, to listen to your needs and concerns and so that your treatment is not compromised. 
Prior to any treatment being done, all procedures, costs and treatment planning will be discussed with you. We always welcome nervous patients, and ask of them to speak to us about any concerns they may have, so that we are able to understand and help them in the best possible way. Our dentists are experienced in attending to patients who are anxious and or nervous, and are able to offer help in many different ways. Our patients are always of priority, we understand that a tootache, abscess, accident never call or warn, and so we have dedicated emergency dentists available to attend to our patients.
